Cancellation

Due to the individuality of our products, all sales are considered final at Rangkar. Hence, we don’t offer exchanges or refunds, except in case of fulfillment errors, like – incorrect shipment, missing items, or breakages.

In the rare event of an incorrect shipment, or missing or broken items, we kindly request you notify us within 3 days of delivery. On such unfortunate events, we will facilitate a refund or offer store credit, taking into consideration the product’s availability.
